A startup reducing food waste through data-driven planning – made tangible with analog-digital storytelling
Foodforecast uses artificial intelligence to support bakeries with data-driven planning – enabling fresher products, less food waste, and better sales. At IBA 2025, this mission became tangible: a compact exhibition stand combining strong brand presence with functional clarity.
At the center: a bakery-style counter with an integrated monitor – demonstrating how AI-based planning responds dynamically to changing external factors. The rear wall guided visitors with clear messaging and a calm design. The counter also served as a catering space, making clever use of the limited footprint.
